Payments & Purchases

• Payment Methods: Payments can only be accepted through PiickOne, unless otherwise specified. Any alternative payments must be explicitly accepted by the staff members.
   

• Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that all purchases made at the Lucid Bell Shop are non-refundable. However, you have the option to resell a ticket/trait change you've purchased, but only at the same price you initially paid or a lower price.
   

• Transfers and Trades: MYO Tickets and Trait Upgrades can be gifted or traded with other individuals. However, tokens earned through events must never be exchanged or transferred. All transactions involving tokens, whether earned or bought, will be carefully tracked and monitored.
   

• Gift Purchases: You have the delightful option to purchase items or MYO Tickets as a gift for someone else. Please include a comment specifying the recipient's name when making your purchase. We'll ensure your thoughtful gift reaches its intended recipient (if anonymus) along with the information updated in our tracking list. 
   

• Multiple Slot Purchases: There are no restrictions on the number of slots you can purchase. Feel free to acquire as many as you desire to expand your Lucid Bell collection and embark on exciting dreamtime adventures.
   

• Shop Tokens: Be aware that our Shop operates on a token-based currency. Tokens are earned through various events and activities, making them valuable and precious resources within our shop. Treat them with care and consideration. They must never be exchanged and never sold for real currencies.

Designing Rules

• No NSFW Content: All Lucid Bells designs must adhere to a family-friendly and safe-for-work (SFW) standard. This includes avoiding explicit or inappropriate themes, imagery, or content. If you happen to have, commission, or create any NSFW you must keep all artwork private. 
   

• Respect for Existing Traits: When designing a Lucid Bells, ensure that the traits you incorporate respect the existing species traits and lore. Keep the unique Lucid Bells characteristics intact. Please do not create or incoperate your own traits into the design if they have not been approved. Suggestions for new traits are accepted.
   

• Cool-Down Period for Trading/Selling: We recommend a two-week cool-down period before trading, selling, or swapping your Bell Linger design. However, there is no strict limit on when you can make such exchanges.
   

• Design Submission Process: Once you've completed your Lucid Bells design, follow these steps for submission:

  • Send the design to PiickOne or one of the staff members for approval (via Discord).

  • Include proof of purchase (MYO Ticket) or redesign (Original Design & How it Was Obtained).

  • Upon approval or purchase, register the design at our Discord server. You'll be provided with a master list number.
     

• Design Approval Before Upload: Please refrain from uploading your Lucid Bells design to public platforms before it has been approved by our team. This ensures consistency and quality within the Lucid Bells community.
   

• Be Mindful of the Lore: Consider the lore and history of Lucid Bells when crafting your design. While creativity is encouraged, designs should align with the species' background and characteristics.
   

• Respect the Token Currencies: Keep in mind that designs and slots may be purchased using tokens earned through events or activities. Respect the currency, and do not engage in any unfair practices or exploits.
   

• Character Limitation: There's no limit to how many you can create, obtain, or co-own. Feel free to own as many Lucid Bells as you like.

MYO Tickets &
Trait Changes

• MYO Ticket & Trait Change Ownership: Each MYO tcket and trait change item is unique and belongs exclusively to the individual who has purchased it. Once purchased, they will obtain a file/image of the ticket to keep. Their name will also be added in our MYO Ticket and trait change tracking list to keep track of ownership. They can trade, resell, or gift the slot to anyone. However, MYO Tickets cannot be jointly owned or shared among multiple users.
   

• Activation & Expiration: Upon purchasing either of these shop items, you have unlimited time to use said items. Feel free to begin designing or even commission someone to make your BELLL. You may not have an idea of when or how you'd like to go about utilizing the slot, so take as long as you wish.
   

• Any Limitations: There are no set limits on the number of item purchases an individual can purchase. You are free to acquire as many slots and trait changes as you desire to create and expand your Lucid Bell collection. While there is no strict limitation on when you can create Lucid Bell using your slots, we encourage you to make use of them in a timely manner to ensure that you can enjoy the full range of Lucid Bell experience.

Seasonal Trait Changes

• This item is exclusively available for use during the current season. You can obtain a seasonal trait change and use this item at any time. However you may only purchase/obtain said trait change while the season is ongoing.
