My TOS are designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the guidelines and expectations for our interactions. To make navigation easier, my TOS is divided into three sections: General, Commissions & Designs, and Bases. Creating fan artwork/animations | Fanart is something I adore! Feel free to draw as many of my characters as you want. If you want to make any adjustments or alterations to the design, go ahead. I completely understand that characters can be overly complex or difficult to illustrate at times. Feel free to go wild as long as the character is recognizable. If you do, tag me in your work, I'd love to share it! Included but not limited to: | draw my characters interacting with yours | add my characters in any dreamie folders | draw my characters in a anthro form/human interpretation

Are your dms open? | My private messages are always open. I am frequently slow pace to answer, but I try to respond and interact with everyone as much as possible. I'm always available whether you need art advice, would like to speak to a friend, have any problems or worries you need to address, or simply want to have a simple chat.

Addressing issues/problems | Please feel free to criticize or educate me on anything I may not know or understand completely. I understand that some things may be offensive to others. So, I'd like to acknowledge the problem, talk about it, learn from it, and take the necessary steps to improve or resolve it. I'm always eager to learn and grow with you guys!

Harassment & discrimination | I will not tolerate any discrimination, fetishes, nsfw, or any form of hate that happens on any of my social media platforms (instagram, youtube, twitter, discord, etc.) if you violate this rule, you will automatically be placed on my blacklist permanently. I hope that the community I hope to build remains a positive space for people to feel included in.

Innapropriate Artwork | Any inappropriate or offensive artwork of my characters will not be tolerated. I do not appreciate anyone making nsfw, offensive artwork, suggestive poses, fetishes, etc of any of my characters. If you are unsure of making any of these art pieces, please ask before making them. This also includes in partaking in making inappropriate comments regarding my artwork or my characters

NFT/AI Within The Community | NFT (non-fungible token) and AI (artificial intelligence: creative arts) supporters or any business inquires about my artwork for the use of nft/ai. I do not wish for my artwork to be used to help the advancement of these programs.

Witchhunting & Harassment | Personally and deliberately target other users who have violated my t.O.S or have committed any wrong doing on my behalf. I will resolve the issue personally, targeting others will only make the problem worse.

Using OCs For Personal Use | Never use my ocs for roleplay or personal use. This also includes stealing, copying, or heavily referencing my characters, their stories, or their designs and making any fan ocs or stories for my characters.

Reuploading & Reposting | Reupload my work, unless given permission and you provide proper credit
Commissions
Terms of Service
Please read my Terms of Service before commissioning me or receiving any of my designs or artwork apart from commissions. It's a lengthy read, but it's essential if you ever intend to work with me. Violations of my Terms of Service will result in blacklisting. When you are placed on my blacklist, you will no longer be able to obtain any of my designs in the future, commission me, or otherwise support my work. Please do not purposely target someone on my blacklist; doing so may result in the same punishment. If you have any questions, concerns, or any additions/changes I may need to add to this list, please let me know.
By utilizing or purchasing any artwork & designs created by PiickOne, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the artwork.
Commission Process
Keep in mind what you want to commission me for. Once you have an idea, message me directly so I'm aware you're ready to fill out the form. Following that, I will either confirm or deny my ability to accept the commission. If I accept the commission, I can direct you to a website where you can fill out the commission form! Before you do so, I'd like you to read my terms of service. This is to assist you in reading up on all of the permissions you have with any of my artwork.​​

When you are commissioning me, provide a clean and clear reference along with a proper description for the commission. The reference must be high or mid quality, inclide a detailed description of what you'd like for the commission. If you'd like me to have artistic freedom for the piece, please specify. (examples, describing the pose, expressions, themes, colors, lighting, etc.

Payments for commissions must be made either in full upfront or through a partial payment plan via PayPal, and upon confirmation of commission details, an invoice will be sent to the provided email address; please specify your preference for a payment plan during commission discussions.

If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 80% of what you’ve paid. Once I have suceeded this stage I will not be able to refund you once I begin lines, colors, shading, etc. You will receive a full refund if I am unable to complete the or if I have yet to begin sketching the comission.

Throughout the course of the project, I will provide updates at different stages of completion, including Sketching, Linework, Colors, and Rendering. Requests for changes are limited to the Sketching and Linework stages. Any alterations or edits requested after these stages will incur an additional fee.

Please be aware that you may utilize my artwork for commercial purposes, but only if you have explicitly communicated this intent, and it is a needed to purchase the corresponding usage rights. In cases where the commissioned piece generates ongoing profits, I require a 15% share of the earnings, and legal actions will be pursued against individuals or entities found engaging in unauthorized use, production, or profit from my work.

The completion time for your commission may vary depending on the complexity of the request. Typically, smaller pieces can be expected to be completed within 2-3 weeks, while larger, more intricate commissions may take 1-2 months. In the event of any schedule changes that might lead to a delay in the final product, you will be promptly notified.
Utilization of My Artwork

If you intend to use PiickOne's artwork for any commercial purpose, you must obtain explicit written permission and purchase the necessary usage rights from PiickOne. Again, if you gain any profit from said pieces, there is a requirement of 15% share of the earnings. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, merchandise production, advertising, marketing materials, and any activity that generates financial gain.

​When using PiickOne's artwork, you are required to provide clear and visible attribution/credit to PiickOne as the creator. Proper attribution should include PiickOne's name/username, a link to my portfolio or website, signature, etc.

Permitted Usage of My Artwork
- You may add PiickOne's logo to art missing it.

Prints of PiickOne's artwork may be created for personal use only.
- You may only make moderate changes or edits to artwork created by PiickOne only if it was specifically created for your use.
- You may use the artwork for personal purposes, including but not limited to personal printing, display in your personal spaces, and sharing on your personal social media profiles.
- You may create fan art that incorporates PiickOne's artwork/designs, but you must provide clear attribution and adhere to the guidelines set forth in this TOS.
- You can use the artwork for review, critique, or analysis, as long as you provide appropriate credit to the original artist.

The use of PiickOne's artwork as icons, banners, or similar graphics is permitted only if proper credit is provided. Personal artwork created by PiickOne for themselves should not be used for your own personal use.

Prohibited Usage of My Artwork

You agree never to use PiickOne's artwork for harmful propaganda or messages.

You are prohibited from altering the price of PiickOne's artwork or designs to exceed the value at which they were acquired.

You do not have permission to alter, edit, or modify any artwork created by PiickOne that was intended for PiickOne's personal use or the use of another client.

You must refrain from tracing, stealing, or impersonating PiickOne's work for commissions, art trades, or public posting.

Claiming PiickOne's artwork as your own and making a profit from it is strictly prohibited, including for commercial use. Consent for such use is granted only upon explicit agreement and the purchase of the necessary rights.

You are not permitted to plagiarize PiickOne's art style, and any heavy referencing, tracing, or copying is not allowed. Inspiration is welcome, but replicating PiickOne's unique style is prohibited.

Deigns & Character Designs

Keep the original value of the deisign when trading or reselling it. If a design was purchased for 35$, the price must remain the same unless artwork has been accumulated to increase the value. The same goes for if the design has been traded, gifted, or won from a raffle/giveaway. They may only be traded or regited unless it has accumulated artwork overtime to increase the value.

You are not permitted to create spin-off works based on my designs without obtaining permission in advance. This includes any significant alterations, adaptations, or modifications to the design beyond basic accessories. If you intend to make any changes or alterations to the design, aside from basic accessories, you must contact me and obtain permission before implementing these changes.

If you use any of my designs in any public or commercial context, proper attribution must be provided. This includes but is not limited to shows, movies, series, books, advertisements, and any context where the design is used. The attribution should clearly state that the design is created by PiickOne.

If any of my designs are used in a way that generates profits, I am entitled to 15% of all earnings gained from the design. This applies to any revenue generated through the design's use, including but not limited to merchandise sales, licensing fees, or any other form of income associated with the design.

My designs may not be used for mass production or manufacturing without written consent. If you intend to use a design for such purposes, please contact me to discuss the terms and conditions for doing so.

Any design that you acquire from me may not be licensed or sublicensed to third parties without my express written permission. This ensures that the design remains under my control and within the agreed terms.

You must respect all relevant copyright and trademark laws when using my designs. Do not use the design in a way that infringes on the rights of other creators or entities.
Bases & Line Work
Terms of Service
Pay to Use (PTU) bases are prefabricated avatars of a person, animal, or object. However, to use these you'll have to pay for them unlike Free to Use (FTU) bases. With this, you are able to draw and color your own characters, or even just color a nice funky design within the lines. These bases can be used for a wide variety of things, including the examples already provided, reference sheets for characters, works of art, adoptables, and much more. Making bases allows you the chance to draw inside the lines of my artwork, which is why I love doing it! If you don't feel like drawing the lines and would rather just color, it also functions as a wonderful aid.
PLEASE BE ADIVSED
Any bases you have purchased or obtained may come with the option to use the base for free but with fewer feature options. For instance, I create a FTU (Free to Use) base with basic characteristics (long fur and short fur cat). You will, however, have to pay for the additional features I have made for the base on my Ko-fi. With this, I'll attempt to add more features to the bundle you've already purchased. I might also make a new bundle for new features, but they'll have to be purchased separately. I just wanted to make sure you knew before you bought any bases from me. Some bases may also be restricted to only those who have acquired them though Ko-Fi. If you'd like to leave any tip for the bases you use, it is greatly appreciated! Let me know if you have any issues with the files. If you are caught breaking any of these terms, you will be placed on my permanent blacklist.
FEEL FREE TO
You may use the base for personal artwork, adoptables etc. Manipulate the base as much as you wish, change the fur, add accessories, change the eyes, ears, etc go wild! I'd love to see what you create. If you'd like to share you work with me, feel free to tag me, I'll try to comment. Personal reference sheets are also permitted! However, providing credit is still mandatory. You may also do gift art with these bases, but these bases are never to be used for profit outside of adoptables (trades, commissions, etc.).
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM
When you do use my base, never remove my logo or my signature from the piece. You can move them around and change it up a bit, but please make sure my signature is legible and visible. Refrain from using my bases for ych's and commissions and or art trades. You may only use them for adoptables or personal use. Never claim my bases as your own work, please do not copy, trace, or heavily refrence any of the bases I may create. If you have purchased a base from me, do not exchange any of the links or any of these files with people who have not purchased the set. Redistribution or breaking my Terms of Service for these bases may result in permanent bans/blacklisting and withdrawn permission to use the base. If there are any questions or concerns in regards to the file its self or the file size, please let me know.
Again, if you have any questions, concerns, or if you're having any issues with the bases you've purchased, please let me know. I'd love to help resolve the issue. If you know anyone who is using my base in an innappropriate and unacceptable way, let me know rather than dealing with the issue yourself. Report anyone to me who are potentially violating my Terms of Service.
